Notice of Application - Date of Notice: July 13, 2021 - Notice is hereby given that a Short Subdivision application was received by Grant County on June 23, 2021 from John and Jordan Jolley (Designated Contact: Wayne Ostler, PLS, Ostler Land Surveying, PO Box 897, Moses Lake, WA 98837), was found to be technically complete on July 8, 2021. PROJECT: A Short Subdivision of one parcel totaling approximately 124.84 acres to create four (4) lots in the Agricultural (AG) zoning district. Lot 1 and Lot 4 have existing residences on them, Lot 2 will contain a residential capacity. Lot 3 will have no residential capacity and will remain an agricultural lot. Lot 4 will contain the required open space area. The project will be served by exempt water wells for domestic use and irrigation water for agricultural use. All lots will have direct access to County Road 3 SE. LOCATION: The project site is known as the Byington Farm Unit 169 Short Plat and the subject parcel is located at 16329/16369 Road 3 SE, Moses Lake, WA. The property is approximately one and a half miles east of the County Road 3 SE/State Route 17 intersection on County Road 3 SE. The site in Section 23, Township 18 North, Range 29 East, W.M., Grant County, WA. Parcel #19-0866-000. PRESENT ZONING: Agricultural (AG). STUDIES REQUIRED: None. PUBLIC HEARING: None. CONSISTENCY STATEMENT: This proposal is subject to, and shall be consistent with, Grant County Code, International Building Code, and International Fire Code.
