Any qualified elector who is not registered to vote in the State of Washington may register to vote in person at the Election's office up to and including Election Day, August 3, 2021. Notice of Application, Public Hearing, and Proposed DNS July 12, 2021 Notice is hereby given that Grant County is processing a UDC Amendment Application and SEPA Checklist (Designated Contact: Damien Hooper, PO Box 37, Ephrata, WA 98823) and determined these applications to be technically complete on 7/6/2021. Grant County expects to issue a Determination of Non-Significance for this proposal, and the Optional DNS Process in WAC 197-11-355 is being used. This proposal may include mitigation measures under applicable codes, and the project review process may incorporate or require mitigation measures regardless of whether an EIS is prepared.
