Curtis (Curt) Dane Henderson

Curtis (Curt) Dane Henderson, of Ephrata and former Moses Lake resident, passed away June 26, 2021, one day short of his 56th birthday. Curtis was born in Couer d’Alene, Idaho, to Leiland (Ted) and Sara Henderson. The family moved to Moses Lake in 1966. He resided in Moses Lake most of his life before moving to Alaska. He returned to Grant County, where he lived in Moses Lake, Odessa and lastly, Ephrata.

Curtis was an avid car buff. He liked to read car manuals and work on cars. He also enjoyed the outdoors, especially when he was fishing or hunting with his family. He looked forward to the family’s annual deer camp every year. He owned many pets over the years and treated each one like one of his kids.

Curtis was a loving husband, father, grandfather, brother and uncle. He is survived by his wife Francis (Francie); his sons Shelby, Marty (Samantha) and Rey (ReNae); his daughter Heather; his grandchildren Trevor, Teylor, Molly, Jack, Charlotte, Joziyah, Tommy, Evan, Demietry, Alexander, Alonzo and Leslie; his siblings: sister Linda Silljer (Garry) of Regina, Saskatchewan, Canada, brother Randy Catlett (Noelle) of Sumner, Washington, sister Robin Meader of Mansfield, Washington, sister Laura Ortega (Paul) of Warden, brother Greg Henderson (Debbie) of Ephrata, brother David Henderson (Shawnie) of Moses Lake, brother Jon Henderson (April) of Oroville and brother Jeremy Henderson (Amy) of Soap Lake and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his father, mother, and son Thomas.
