Brian Allen Waters

Brian Allen Waters, an aviation mechanic and longtime resident of Moses Lake, Washington, died unexpectedly on Jan. 13, 2021, at the age of 50 in his home.

Brian was born on Dec. 4, 1970, to Allen and Joan Waters in Seattle, Washington. After graduation from Kirkland High School in 1989, he went on to Wenatchee Valley Community College and Big Bend Community College to study aviation and obtain his A&P license and degree.

Brian worked many odd jobs to get himself through college, then landed his first aviation job in 1996 at Sonico, where he was employed for many years. In 2016, Brian accepted a new job at AeroTEC industries, where he was employed until the time of his passing.

In 1998, Brian married Page Kessler and of this union Keelie Amber Waters was born in 2000. Their marriage was dissolved in 2011.

Brian maintained many roles in his life. He was a son, brother, husband, father, teammate, coworker, fishing buddy, pool league partner and friend.

Brain is survived by his daughter Keelie Waters Hart, his mother Joan Waters, his brother Shawn and many other loving family and friends. He is preceded in death by his father Allen E. Waters and both paternal and maternal grandparents.

A viewing will be held at Kayser’s Chapel of Memories, 831 S. Pioneer Way, Moses Lake, Washington, on Thursday, Jan. 28, 2021, 4-6 p.m. An additional viewing will be held on Friday, Jan. 29, 2021, 9:30-11 a.m. at Kayser’s Chapel of Memories with an intimate service at 11 a.m. Due to COVID restrictions, the chapel capacity is 30 guests. The family encourages those wanting to view the service to attend via social media on Facebook Live.
