Grant County Sheriff’s Office deputies and Moses Lake police found suspect Michael Cera Barrajas, who was wanted on outstanding warrants, at about 1:30 p.m. Wednesday on Stratford Road.
Barrajas apparently was spotted near the 4700 block of Stratford Road by passersby, who called 911, a social media post stated. GCSO and MLPD then responded and took him into custody.
Authorities issued an alert around 1 p.m. asking people to avoid the area of Maple Drive and Stratford Road, as Barrajas was a possible threat to life or property and may have been armed.
Charges likely will follow, according to the GCSO social media post.
