Notice of Application and Public Hearing: January 19, 2021 Notice is hereby given that a Conditional Use Permit and SEPA Checklist were received by Grant County on November 18, 2019 from Kissler Enterprises LLC (Designated Contact: Granite Creek Surveying & Mapping, PO Box 743, Republic, WA 99166) and were found to be Technically Complete on January 14, 2021. DETERMINATION OF NONSIGNIFICANCE Description of proposal - WSDOT is proposing to construct three roundabout type intersection improvements in Grant and Adams counties. No significant environmental impacts are expected from this proposal. Proponent - Washington State Dept. of Transportation, North Central Region Location of proposal, including street address, if any - The roundabouts are located on SR 28 at White Trail Road west of Quincy, SR 17 at Cunningham Road east of Othello, and SR 17 at Grape Drive in the City of Moses Lake. Lead agency - Washington State Dept. of Transportation, North Central Region The lead agency for this proposal has determined that it does not have a probable significant adverse impact on the environment. An environmental impact statement (EIS) is not required under RCW 43.21C.030 (2)(c).
