COVID-19 vaccine brings 'light on horizon,' Murphy says
TRENTON, N.J. (AP) — The COVID-19 vaccine is giving New Jersey a sense of promise that people will be able to gather and celebrate together again, Gov. Phil Murphy said Tuesday during his third State of the State address.
