"Atmospheric river" brings threat of floods, landslides

SEATTLE (AP) — The Pacific Northwest is bracing for flooding and landslides, while the mountains will see heavy snow and possible avalanches on Tuesday and Wednesday as an atmospheric river collides with Washington and Oregon.
