"Atmospheric river" brings rain, snow flooding, landslides

SEATTLE (AP) — The Pacific Northwest is experiencing heavy rains, flooding and landslides, along with heavy snow and possible avalanches on Tuesday and Wednesday as an atmospheric river collides with Washington and Oregon.
