Turkey invites rival Greece to resume talks on disputes
ANKARA, Turkey (AP) — Turkey on Monday invited Greece to resume talks designed to reduce tensions between the neighbors, following this summer's dispute over maritime borders and energy rights in the eastern Mediterranean.
