Arkansas Legislature begins session in middle of pandemic
LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (AP) — The Arkansas Senate rejected an effort Monday to penalize members who don’t wear face masks, as lawmakers returned to the Capitol in the middle of the coronavirus pandemic.
