Lawmakers advance bills to limit governor's COVID response

FRANKFORT, Ky. (AP) — Rebuking the Kentucky governor's handling of the COVID-19 crisis, Republican lawmakers advanced bills Wednesday to limit his emergency powers and to keep businesses open amid the pandemic.
