GOP’s McDonald wins Georgia Public Service Commission runoff

ATLANTA (AP) — Incumbent Republican Lauren “Bubba” McDonald has won a fourth term on the Georgia Public Service Commission, turning back a runoff challenge from Democrat Daniel Blackman.
