Alaska court to hear challenge to Arctic refuge oil leases

ANCHORAGE, Alaska (AP) — Conservationists will try to persuade a U.S. judge on Monday to stop the Trump administration from issuing leases to oil and gas companies in the Arctic National Wildlife Refuge.
