NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of County Commissioners of Grant County, Washington, will receive bids for the printing of County Legal Notices for the year beginning July 1, 2021 and ending June 30, 2022. All printing is to be published in nine-point solid matter and must be able to publish legal notices a minimum of 2 days per week. Legal notices must be published in single column format, based on a six-column publication, justified, with hyphenation and no spaces between paragraphs. Legal notices will be submitted, by the County, in this format. Bids must be sealed and endorsed on the outside of the envelope with the words: "BID FOR COUNTY PRINTING" and must be filed with the Clerk of the Board of County Commissioners on or before March 30, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. Bid opening immediately follows. Bids shall contain a certified statement of paid circulation within Grant County so that due consideration of the widest publicity of notices may be made an element of the award of said printing. In accordance with RCW 36.72.075, the successful bidder may be required to post a bond in the amount of Two Thousand and No/100 Dollars ($2,000.00) for the correct and faithful performance of the contract and work to be done.
