Notice of Application - Date of Notice: February 22, 2021 Notice is hereby given that Grant County has received a SEPA checklist from Weber Farms (Designated Contact: Jamie Washburn, Teton West of Washington, 5806 N. Industrial Way, Suite B, Pasco, WA, 99301) and determined the application to be technically complete on February 17, 2021. Grant County expects to issue a Determination of Non-Significance for this proposal, and the Optional DNS Process in WAC 197-11-355 is being used. This proposal may include mitigation measures under applicable codes, and the project review process may incorporate or require mitigation measures regardless of whether an EIS is prepared. This may be the only opportunity to comment on the environmental impacts of the proposal and the proposed mitigation measures. A copy of the subsequent threshold determination may be obtained upon request. DESCRIPTION: The project proposes to construct a 162.66-ft. by 339.25-ft. (approximately 55,182 sq. ft.) potato storage building. The project will also include a gravelling of a portion of the lot to control dust. ADDITIONAL PERMITS: Building Permit.
