Notice Revised Application & Public Hearing Date of Notice February 19, 2021 Notice is hereby given that a Conditional Use Permit application and SEPA Checklist was received by Grant County on January 30, 2020; from WW Pumping Services Inc. 630 Valley Mall Parkway #629 East Wenatchee, WA 98802 (509-884-7960) The application materials were found to be technically complete on August 3, 2020. PROJECT: A Conditional Use Permit and SEPA Checklist for the establishment of a Septage Material Land Application and Holding Lagoon Site. The total site is 1110 acres of which approximately 345 acres will be utilized for land application. This proposal is located in the Rural Resource Zoning District of Grant County. ADDITIONAL PERMITS: State of Washington Biosolids General Permit, SEPA Environmental Checklist and Grant County Grading Permit. STUDIES REQUIRED: Habitat assessment report. Cultural Resource report LOCATION: The subject parcels are located approximately 4 miles northwest of the city of Quincy. CONSISTENCY STATEMENT: This proposal is subject to and shall be consistent with Grant County Code, International Building Code, and International Fire Code.
