Overturned semi closes Interstate 90 eastbound lane near Ritzville

RITZVILLE — An overturned truck blocked the left eastbound lane of Interstate 90, about seven miles of east of Ritzville, Monday morning for about four hours.

Washington State Patrol Trooper Jeff Sevigney said no one was injured in the collision, which occurred about 6 a.m. The semi-truck and trailer was carrying merchandise for Amazon, but there was no significant spillage, Sevigney said.

As of noon, the eastbound lane was reopened, Sevigney said.
