PUBLIC NOTICE MITCHELL DEVELOPEMENT, PHIL MITCHELL, 910 TRAFFIC AVE SUMNER, WA 98390, is seeking coverage under the Washington State Department of Ecology's Construction Stormwater NPDES and State Waste Discharge General Permit. The proposed project, THE REFUGE AT MAE VALLEY, is located at INTERSECTION OF N MONTANA ST AND N WESTSHORE DR in in Grant county. This project involves 28 acres of soil disturbance for Highway or Road, Residential, Utilities construction activities. All discharges and runoff goes to ground water.
