REQUEST FOR LETTERS OF INTEREST Letters of Interest will be received by Aging & Adult Care of Central Washington (AACCW) for provision of virtual presentations on health promotion / disease prevention to adults and their primary caregivers. Experience in developing and giving presentations on health and wellness topics, knowledge of evidence-based programs with preference given for those with experience with virtual platforms and video-conferencing and a plan for recruiting participants. Minimum education of a bachelor's degree in a health and wellness related discipline with current professional certification. Service area consists of Adams, Chelan, Douglas, Grant, Lincoln and Okanogan Counties. Initial contract 06/01/2021 - 12/31/2021. AACCW option to renew yearly for additional 3 years. Initial contract amount is $33,190.00 with the possibility of the amount being split among more than one provider. This contract for program services is contingent on funding through the state legislature. Payments issued monthly for units of service provided. Monthly reports and support documentation required.
