A Quincy man recently appeared in Grant County Superior Court on two counts each of second-degree rape of a child and third-degree rape of a child.

Jesus Eriberto Ramos, 27, allegedly raped a girl at least four times when she was between ages 12 and 15 and he was between 18 and 22, records stated.

Ramos, who had a girlfriend and two children, also allegedly raped one of the girl’s friends at least once and often provided the underage girls with alcohol and/or marijuana, records stated. The sexual assaults occurred in various places between 2012 and 2015, records stated.

After his first court appearance Jan. 25, Ramos was allowed to remain out of jail on conditions, including maintaining weekly contact with his attorney, not leaving Washington or changing his address without permission, not committing any criminal offenses, and not consuming alcohol or drugs.

His arraignment is scheduled for 9 a.m. March 13.
