April 14, 1971 – December 14, 2021

Jorge Medel, 50, passed away on Tuesday, Dec. 14, 2021. Jorge was born on April 14, 1971, in Moses Lake, Washington. He was a student at Moses Lake High School, class of 1989. Jorge enjoyed all aspects of music from dancing to karaoke, and played the saxophone. When it came to Spanish music, he had the best “Grito.” Another favorite pastime of his was being the No. 1 roadie fan for Dimestore Prophets.

He would do anything for anyone. His kind heart had no judgment for anyone that came across his path. He loved with his whole heart and anybody who knew him undeniably felt it. His family was his life and it didn’t matter whether it was by blood or not. He accepted everyone with open arms. He gave the best hugs and had the most contagious smile.

He is survived by his mother Alicia Medel; son Aaron; daughters Marissa, Krystal, Jasie and Kyra; siblings Alicia, Araceli, Conchita, Marisol, Alvairis Junior and Moises; and his beautiful grandkids. He is preceded in death by grandparents Jose and Fane Gonzales and nephew Acu.

He lived and laughed and loved and left.

I love you, mi Familia. – Jorge
