Notice of Application - Date of Notice: December 2, 2021 - Notice is hereby given that a Short Subdivision application was received by Grant County on November 22, 2021 from Desert Diamond LLC (Designated Contact: Michelle Kamstra, Grant County Surveying, PO Box 906, Ephrata, WA 98823), was found to be technically complete on November 29, 2021. PROJECT: A Short Subdivision of one parcel totaling approximately 9.72 acres to create four (4) lots. Lot 1 will be 2.72. Lot 2 will be 1.82 acres. Lot 3 will be 2.01 acres. Lot 4 will be 3.17 acres and has exiting well. All lots will have access off a private road, built to County Private Road Standards off Kopp Lake NE. The proposal will be limited to a maximum ground water withdrawal in accordance with RCW 90.44.050. LOCATION: The project site is known as the Desert Diamond Short Plat and the subject parcel is located at south of 5151 Kopp Lane NE, Moses Lake, WA. The property is located in the South half of the Southeast quarter of Section 6, Township 19 North, Range 28 East, W.M., Grant County, Washington WA. Parcel #12-1656-000. PRESENT ZONING: Urban Residential 2. STUDIES REQUIRED: Wetland Delineation and Report. PUBLIC HEARING: None. CONSISTENCY STATEMENT: This proposal is subject to, and shall be consistent with, Grant County Code, International Building Code, and International Fire Code.
