Notice of Application and Proposed DNS August 27, 2021 Notice is hereby given that Grant County has received a SEPA checklist and Site Plan Review Application from JL Ventures LLC (Designated Contact: H&H Steel Buildings, LLC, 1219 E. Wheeler Rd, Moses Lake, WA 98837) and determined this application to be technically complete on August 24, 2021. Grant County expects to issue a Determination of Non-Significance for this proposal, and the Optional DNS Process in WAC 197-11-355 is being used. This proposal may include mitigation measures under applicable codes, and the project review process may incorporate or require mitigation measures regardless of whether an EIS is prepared. This may be the only opportunity to comment on the environmental impacts of the proposal and the proposed mitigation measures. A copy of the subsequent threshold determination may be obtained upon request. DESCRIPTION: Construction of two (2) warehouse storage buildings of 12,000 square ft. total. The project parcel is 652 acres in size and is vacant of development in the project area. The project area is 10 acres in size. Total square footage for the entire facility will be 24,000 square feet. PERMITS REQUIRED Building Permit, Administrative Site Plan Review. STUDIES REQUIRED: None. LOCATION: The project site is located at the 1500 Block of Rd N NE, Moses Lake, WA 98837. The parcel is in Section 29, Township 19 N., Range 29 E., W.M., Grant County, WA. Parcel #31-3357-000.
