Notice of Application August 24, 2021 Notice is hereby given that a Short Subdivision application was received by Grant County on July 13th, 2021 from Jake Cowin (Designated Contact: Grant County Surveying PO Box 906 Ephrata, WA 98823 Attn: Matt Walters) was found to be technically complete on August 10, 2021. PROJECT: An amendment to Final Short Subdivision (Ronald Kreger Short Plat) of four (4) platted lots that are approximately 74 acres in size. The amendment to final plat will be relocating the allocated open space dedication to a different configuration of existing Lot #4. Existing Lot # 1 will not be altered and is 2.61 acres in size and is vacant. Lot 2 is 2.81 acres is vacant. Lot 3 is 2.93 acres and is vacant. Lot 4 is 65.85 acres and has a well and is vacant with a i502 operation planned for a future date. Other than the open space re-allocation no other dimensions or figures are anticipated to be changed. LOCATION: The project site is located at the 2800 Block of Silica Rd SW, Quincy WA Block 77 Farm Unit 103. The parcel is in the SW 1/4 of Section 17, Township 18 N., Range 23 E., W.M., Grant County, WA. Parcel #31-345-4000, 31-345-3000 & 31-345-1000. ZONING: Rural Remote PUBLIC HEARING: None. CONSISTENCY STATEMENT: This proposal is subject to and shall be consistent with Grant County Code, International Building Code, and International Fire Code.
