NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT AN OPEN RECORD PUBLIC MEETING WILL BE HELD August 31, 2021 at 3:30 p.m. in the Grant County Commissioners Hearing Room, Courthouse, Ephrata, WA to consider proposed amendments to Grant County Code Chapter 23.04.520. At their regularly scheduled public hearing on August 4, 2021, the Grant County Planning Commission conducted an open record public hearing to consider amendments to Grant County Code Chapter 23.04.520 that will allow an increased structure size on certain properties in the Rural Freeway Commercial Zone. The Planning Commission unanimously recommends approval of the proposed code amendment. Any interested persons may appear regarding these matters. Grant County is also providing access to this scheduled hearing via WebEx audio.
