Body of Moses Lake woman found

MOUNT VERNON — The body of a Moses Lake woman missing since October 2019 has been found, according to information from social media maintained by her family.

Rachel Lakoduk, 28, was found during a weekend search, according to the social media posts.

Lakoduk disappeared Oct. 17, 2019, after telling family and friends she was hiking on the Hidden Lake trail and staying the night at an old fire lookout, a popular spot for hikers. Her Jeep was found at the trailhead. (See the Herald story here.)
