Sept. 24

Officers responded to the 2300 block of West Marina Drive for a report of an unknown man on a bike who stole a bag of tools from a resident’s truck.

Officers responded to the 1600 block of West Valley Road for a report of a car prowl in which a black flight bag containing a pair of headphones, a flight computer and log books were stolen.

Sept. 25

Officers responded to the 800 block of East Sharon Avenue for a report of an electric bike that was stolen from behind an apartment building.

Officers responded to West Coast Auto Dealers for a report of a male suspect who broke the lockboxes off the window of two vehicles, stealing the lockboxes and keys from both vehicles.

Officers responded to the area of state Route 17 North and South Pioneer Way for a report of damage to a Trump 2020 sign.

Officers responded to the 700 block of Northwest Sunburst Court for a report of a car prowling in which prescription pills, a knife and Bluetooth headphones were stolen.

Sept. 26

Officers responded to the 1700 block of South Turnagin Place for a report of a son threatening suicide and an active suicide attempt by the father. The father was transported to the hospital and the son was referred to Grant Integrated Services.

Officers responded to Burger King for a report of a car with a flat tire. Officers changed the tire on the vehicle.

Officers responded to the Department of Licensing for a report of a man who attempted to enter the business without a mask and wanted to press charges against an employee who forced him to leave. Charges were not filed.

Sept. 27

Officers responded to the 900 block of North Stratford Road for a report of a car prowl in which a wallet was stolen.

Sept. 28

Officers responded to the area of South Milwaukee Avenue and West Lakeside Drive for a report of a trailer break-in in which around $1,000 worth of tools was stolen.

Officers responded to the 500 block of South Ash Street for a report of a car prowl in which loose change, ATM keys and a gift card were stolen.

Officers responded to the 1300 block of West Lakeside Drive for a report of a car prowl in which a number of miscellaneous items were stolen.

Officers responded to the 1100 block of West Lakeside Drive for a report of a car prowl in which nothing was reported missing.

Officers responded to Chief Moses Middle School for a report of a student who called their teacher an insulting name. Charges were filed for insulting or abusing a teacher.

Officers responded to the 1100 block of West Marina Drive for a report of a vehicle stolen from this location sometime in the previous 24 hours.

Officers responded to the 1200 block of West Lakeside Drive for a report of two cars prowled sometime overnight, in which tools were stolen.

Sept. 24

Matthew Jacob Luxner, 38, of Moses Lake, was booked on charges of fourth-degree domestic violence assault.

Kristin Marie Stepper, 31, of Ephrata, was booked on charges of third-degree domestic violence malicious mischief.

Evan Jacob Keith, 32, place of residence not listed, was booked on charges of first-degree robbery, second-degree assault, second-degree theft and theft of a motor vehicle.

Sharla Renae Jones, 43, of Moses Lake, was booked on an outstanding warrant related to failure to pay child support.
