BUFFALO, N.Y. (AP) — Randal Grichuk and Travis Shaw homered, Nate Pearson returned from an elbow injury to earn his first major league win and the playoff-bound Toronto Blue Jays beat the Baltimore Orioles 10-5 Friday night.
