GOP warns Madison to drop plan to collect ballots in parks
MADISON, Wis. (AP) — An attorney representing Republican legislators warned Madison officials Friday to scrap plans to collect absentee ballots in city parks, saying the effort is illegal and a court will likely invalidate those votes.
