Woman found dead in apartment after man turns himself in

SEATTLE (AP) — A 28-year-old woman was found dead in a Seattle apartment after a man walked into the King County Jail Wednesday and said he wanted to turn himself in for homicide, according the probable cause statement outlining the police case against the man.
