Stratford Road to close at night Monday through October 23

With nighttime road closures scheduled to begin Monday, traffic was already being redirected and narrowed to one-lane in each direction at night Thursday, causing backups and delays.

MOSES LAKE — Starting Monday, drivers on North Stratford Road will experience significant daytime delays and closures each night, according to city officials.
