SEATTLE (AP) — Police in Seattle arrested 13 people as authorities said people smashed windows and spray painted buildings as protesters marched through parts of the city Wednesday night following a Kentucky grand jury’s decision to not indict officers in the fatal shooting of Breonna Taylor

Police said multiple officers were injured and one was struck in the head with a baseball bat, cracking his helmet.

KOMO reports people were arrested for on charges including resisting arrest, property destruction and refusing to disperse.

In a statement, the police also said they were aware of a video circulating on social media that “apparently shows an SPD bike officer’s bike rolling over the head of an individual laying in the street,” the department said. “This matter will be referred to the Office of Professional Accountability for further investigation.”
