NYC mayor skips Saudi Arabia summit, citing rights concerns

NEW YORK (AP) — New York City Mayor Bill de Blasio said Thursday he is withdrawing from a virtual summit of world cities scheduled to be hosted by Saudi Arabia because of human rights concerns.
