Attorneys: Mississippi gov properly vetoed parts of bills

JACKSON, Miss. (AP) — Mississippi Republican Gov. Tate Reeves acted within his constitutional powers when he issued partial vetoes of budget bills this year, the state attorney general's office is arguing in court papers.
