Nevada governor orders half-staff flag honor for Ginsburg

CARSON CTTY, Nev. (AP) — Nevada Gov. Steve Sisolak has ordered that flags at all public buildings and grounds be flown at half-staff in honor of U.S. Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg.
