Officers responded to the 1000 block of South Laguna Drive for a report of a hit-and-run of an unoccupied vehicle.

Officers responded to the Weston Apartments for a report of an intentional overdose. The subject was transported to the hospital for evaluation by mental health professionals.

Sept. 11

Officers responded to the 1200 block of West Malaga Avenue for a report of a suicidal subject. Police transported the subject to Grant Integrated Services.

Officers responded to the Apartments on Broadway for a report of a cold sexual assault.

Officers responded to the area of South Clover Drive and East Hayden Drive for a report of a coyote located wandering in the backyards of several residences.

Officers responded to Jack in the Box for a report of a vehicle prowling in which around $1,200 worth of cash and items were stolen. Police contacted the suspect nearby and arrested him, though the jail would not accept him due to a preexisting injury and coronavirus restrictions.
