Adams County: 82 new coronavirus cases in 10 days

RITZVILLE — The Adams County Health Department reported 82 new cases of the coronavirus diagnosed in the county between Sept. 4 and 14.

As of Sept. 14, two people are hospitalized.

Othello had 76 of the new cases reported; two cases were reported in Hatton and one new case in Ritzville.

Nine Adams County residents have died due to the coronavirus, and one person died from coronavirus-related complications.

Of the 779 positive cases in Adams County as of Sept. 14, 730 cases were in Othello, 35 in Ritzville, eight cases in Hatton, four cases in Lind, and one each in Washtucna and Benge.
