Australian lawmaker's adviser challenges interference law
CANBERRA, Australia (AP) — A Chinese-born adviser to an Australian lawmaker has launched a constitutional challenge in Australia’s highest court against laws banning covert foreign interference in domestic politics, citing a burden on free speech.
