Maryland officials note 'inconsistent' USPS voting postcard

ANNAPOLIS, Md. (AP) — Portions of a U.S. Postal Service postcard sent to the public regarding vote-by-mail options are “inconsistent” with state guidelines, the Maryland State Board of Elections said Monday.
