December 14, 1936 - September 2, 2020

Mary Marlene Warren, 83, passed away in Moses Lake, Washington, on Wednesday, Sept. 2, 2020, at 7 p.m. She had Alzheimer's and dementia.

Our mom was born Dec. 14, 1936, in St Louis, Missouri. She married at the age of 18. Our parents moved to Washington state as a newlywed couple to start their new life and little family that soon grew up and made her a grandma and great-grandma.

Mom was a wife, a homemaker and the best mother us kids could ever have. She was known by many names: Mom, Momma, Auntie. Her favorites were when her grandkids called her Grammie, Grandma and G.G. It always brought a smile to her face. She gave the best hugs.

You may be gone, but we will see you again. Fly with the angels, Momma. We love you.

Memorial services will be held at the Ruff Cemetery on Saturday, Sept. 12, 2020, at 2:30 p.m. Family and friends are welcome to attend.

Momma

We sat beside your bedside,

Our hearts were crushed and sore.

We did our duty to the end

'Til we could do no more

In tears we watched you sinking,

We watched you fade away

And though our hearts were breaking

We knew you could not stay.

You left behind some aching hearts

That loved you most sincere

We never shall and never will

Forget you Mother Dear.
