Shaheen proposes 'Clean Elections Agreement'
CONCORD, N.H. (AP) — U.S. Sen. Jeanne Shaheen is asking her Republican challenger to discourage outside spending from “dark money” groups as part of what she’s calling a “Clean Elections Agreement.”
