Election official: More mail ballots could delay results
Louisiana's election commissioner testified Wednesday that she's concerned the volume of absentee mail ballots expected for the Nov. 3 election could delay tabulation of results by two to six days — even if mail balloting isn't expanded as Gov. John Bel Edwards wants.
