NATIONAL SUMMARY
Strong thunderstorms capable of producing flash flooding,
large hail and damaging winds will develop late tomorrow
afternoon in eastern South Dakota, western Minnesota and
western Iowa. These storms will expand in coverage and move
farther east overnight. Elsewhere, a spotty thunderstorm
could rumble across central and eastern Texas. The central
and southern Florida Peninsula, coastal North and South
Carolina and southern Louisiana are expected to have a
spotty thunderstorm during the afternoon hours. The balance
