Kosovo, Serbia normalize economic ties, gesture to Israel
WASHINGTON (AP) — Serbia and Kosovo announced Friday that they have normalized economic ties as part of U.S.-brokered discussions that also include Belgrade moving its Israeli embassy to Jerusalem and Pristina recognizing Israel.
