City of Moses Lake Notice of Application and Optional Determination of Non-Significance Marina View PURD: Doug Robins submitted an application for a Planned Unit Residential Development that will contain six units supporting 22 residential units. The project site is located within the R3-Residential zone, in the 1800 block of Marina Dr and Beemis St. The property is 2.3 acres in size. The application was determined to be complete and ready for review September 1, 2020.
