City of Moses Lake Notice of Application and Optional Determination of Non-Significance Marina View PURD: Doug Robins submitted an application for a Planned Unit Residential Development that will contain six units supporting 22 residential units. The project site is located within the R3-Residential zone, in the 1800 block of Marina Dr and Beemis St. The property is 2.3 acres in size.
