N Macedonia party leader appears in Kosovo war crimes probe

PRISTINA, Kosovo (AP) — The leader of a junior party in North Macedonia’s governing coalition was questioned Wednesday by prosecutors from a special international court who are investigating possible war crimes committed during and after the war that led to Kosovo’s independence from Serbia.
