Flash floods triggered by rain kill 15 people in NW Pakistan
PESHAWAR, Pakistan (AP) — Flash floods triggered by heavy rains killed 15 people and damaged scores of houses in Pakistan's scenic northwestern Swat Valley, a spokesman said Wednesday, as rescuers assisted residents in the port city of Karachi where last week's rains wreaked havoc that killed dozens.
