Officers responded to the Central Park Villas Apartments for a report of a car prowled overnight, though no items were stolen.

Officers responded to the 1000 block of North Grape Drive for a report of a suspect that stole a surveillance camera from a residence.

Officers responded to the 100 block of West Loop Drive for a report of an overnight car prowl in which money was taken.

Officers responded to the 400 block of East State Avenue for a report of a car prowled overnight from which nothing was apparently stolen.

Officers responded to Columbia Crest for a report of an overnight caregiver who had not properly cared for a patient of the facility.

Officers responded to the 1600 block of South Pilgrim Street for a report of a Child Protective Services car that had been lifted with a spare jack by an unknown suspect, causing damage to the door and door frame. The exhaust and engine fluid lines had also been cut.

Officers responded to the 1400 block of South Skyline Drive for a report of a dog attack in which a grey pit bull jumped out of a vehicle and charged at a passerby.

Officers responded to the 1100 block of South Grand Drive for a report of a fence in the area that was tagged overnight.

Officers responded to Samaritan Hospital to assist Child Protective Services with the removal of a newborn from her parents after she tested positive for opioids.

Officers responded to the 1500 block of South Monroe Street for a report of graffiti found on the sidewalk, dumpster and power box in the area.

Officers responded to the Department of Licensing for a report of a car prowled overnight in which clip-on sunglasses and Bluetooth speakers were stolen.

Officers responded to the Pelican Horn Apartments for a report of an elderly male making inappropriate comments to kids and reportedly showing them his genitals. The suspect, who was not located, was reportedly wearing a red mask and pink shorts with a white shirt.

Officers responded to the 500 block of South Astor Loop for a report of a subject driving a go-cart on a public roadway.

Officers responded to the 1400 block of West Marina Drive for a report of a home break-in in which around $400 worth of electronics were stolen.

Officers responded to the Masonic Lodge for a report of graffiti located on the side of the building.

August 30

Officers responded to the 1000 block of West Gem Avenue for a report of an unknown suspect that was driving through the area and struck a resident’s vehicle legally parked outside of their home, causing approximately $2,000 in damages.

Officers responded to the 7800 block of Rainier Road Northeast for a report of an in-progress domestic violence case where the suspect was threatening suicide by cop. When officers arrived, they were unable to locate the suspect.

Officers responded to the El Rancho Motel for a report of a poodle stolen from the location by suspects driving a white SUV-type vehicle.

Officers responded to Samaritan Hospital, where a patient had been taken by Othello Community Hospital paramedics after the patient became combative and tried to exit the ambulance. Samaritan Hospital declined to take the patient, who was transported back to Othello.

Courtney Ann Wilkins, 26, of Moses Lake, was booked on probation violations stemming from unspecified underlying charges.

Prisila Cordova Moreno, 20, of Moses Lake, was booked on charges of violating a domestic violence no-contact order.

David Mendez Cantu, 42, of Moses Lake, was booked on probation violations stemming from possession of a controlled substance.

Bernabe Angel Navarro, 23, of Ephrata, was booked on charges of driving while under the influence.

Andy Dasorine, 35, of Covington, was booked on an outstanding warrant related to possession of methamphetamine.

August 29

Diego Edward Cruz, 28, of Moses Lake, was booked on charges of fourth-degree domestic violence assault.

Braiden Kyle Lublin, 25, of Moses Lake, was booked on charges of second-degree domestic violence assault, as well as outstanding warrants related to violation of a no-contact/protection order with sexual motive, violation of a no-contact/protection order, and fourth-degree domestic violence assault.

Ashley April Criswell, 31, of Coulee City, was booked on charges of domestic violence harassment and resisting arrest, as well as for outstanding warrants related to violation of a no-contact order, attempted false reporting and second-degree criminal trespass.

August 30

Jose Filiberto Ariza, 27, of Royal City, was booked on charges of domestic violence unlawful imprisonment, fourth-degree domestic violence assault and obstruction of a law enforcement officer.

Aiyana Jeannine Kennedy, 35, of Renton, was booked on charges of driving while under the influence.
