The Nation's Weather for Saturday, October 31, 2020

_____

NATIONAL SUMMARY

The country will be void of any larger weather systems

tomorrow. A cool high pressure system will settle off the

New England coast and may help lower temperatures to

frosty and freezing levels along part of the Interstate 95

corridor early in the morning. Even with some sunshine, it

will stay cool in the afternoon with highs in the 40s and

50s across the Northeast. Dry, sunny weather is forecast

across areas of the Southeast left cleaning up in the wake

of Zeta. Far South Florida may be riddled with showers and

thunderstorms throughout the day. Strong winds will whip

through the Plains and Midwest as a storm system tracks

through southern Canada. A few flurries or sprinkles could

brush the Upper Midwest. The West will be dry and sunny with

warmth persisting in the Southwest.
